The Board of Directors of Globe Union has determined to sell the entire 100% shareholding in the Globe Union subsidiary Home Boutique to Singular Point Ltd, a retailer of high-end kitchen and bathroom equipment.
Globe Union anticipates the profit from the sale to be 9.7 million NTD. This decision was based on careful consideration of the relevant factors related to the integrated internal evaluation policies of Globe Union.
After completion of the transaction, Globe Union will continue to invest in and grow the core business including its North American Brands, Global Private Brands and PJH group. This will enable the company to leverage resources and maximize the efficiency among the entire Globe Union group.
