Great news from GUGM – We received the “German Customer Award 2024“!!!
Every year, the German Customer Awards recognize Germany’s best companies in the field of customer satisfaction (end customer). Award winners set quality standards and stand out through special achievements and innovations in customer service.
During the evaluation, 7 main criteria, each with 131 sub-criteria, are examined by an internal jury of the German Customer Awards. An overall score is awarded, with 1 being the worst and 10 the best result. The average of the scores for the individual criteria determines the overall result at the end. An overall score of at least 6.90 is required for an award.
And we have achieved an overall score of 8 out of 10 possible points! The average score of the companies tested was 5.1 points.
