Effective August 13, 2019, Andrew Yates will officially retire from his position as Chief Executive Officer of Globe Union and Todd Talbot will step into the role.
Todd Talbot gladly accepts the position and will continue to provide the top management team with valuable guidance based on his decades of experience.
Andrew Yates will continue to serve in his current position until the end of the year to ensure a smooth transition. The transfer of responsibility will be reported to the board of directors of the company for dismissal and appointment, and will be announced in accordance with relevant regulations once the resolution of the board of directors is passed.
