7-Figure Sales Success for PJH & Miele Partnership

7-Figure Sales Success for PJH & Miele Partnership

PJH is pleased to announce 7-figure sales success from the first 12 months of its distribution agreement with Miele, the German manufacturer of high-end appliances.

The success has been attributed to PJH’s ‘First Choice’ Customer Service commitment, which is under-pinned by its vast stock holding and its free, next-day national delivery capability, with ‘to shop’ or ‘to home’ delivery options.

Neil Pooley, Head of Sales, Miele, said: “Achieving 7-figure sales of our prestigious Miele brand in our first year of trading with PJH, exceeds all expectations as well as endorses the decision to partner with PJH. In addition, PJH’s corporate ethos to be always the customers’ ‘FIRST CHOICE’ has been a true differentiator and coupled with the capabilities of its first-class national distribution network, means we have been able to bring our products to customers, next day nationally too.”

Tanna Molyneux, PJH, said: “We have worked hard to develop our partnership with Miele, offering the full Miele range of over 250 product SKUs from stock through the PJH Partners Portal™ and with a Free Next-Day Delivery option too. As a premium brand, Miele widens the range of price points in our appliance portfolio and brings even more choice to customers.”

“As one of the UK’s largest KBB distributors, with class-leading customer service, the potential of the Miele brand can be maximised, with continued growth expected and we are delighted to support this prestigious brand.”

PJH offers many appliance, sink & tap brands including Elica, Neff, Bosch, Whirlpool, Hotpoint, Indesit, AEG, Electrolux, Zanussi, Abode and InSinkErator.
