Taichung, Taiwan, July 12, 2023 — Globe Union is pleased to announce several organizational changes.
Over the course of the past two years, and prior to Founder Scott Ouyoung’s passing, Globe Union’s Board of Directors and CEO, Todd Talbot, have been working on the elevation of Scott’s son, Shane, into the role of Global CEO of Globe Union. In anticipation of Todd’s long-planned retirement at the close of 2023, Shane Ouyang will be assuming this role effective January 1, 2024. Todd will continue to serve Globe Union as an Advisor to the Board of Directors.

In support of Globe Union’s ongoing vision of maximizing the company’s strength of operating as a unified, global company, Jack Hung joined the organization on June 1, 2023, as Senior Executive Vice President, reporting to the global CEO. Overseeing the functions of manufacturing, supply chain, and product development, Mr. Hung will be promoted to a presidential role in this capacity on September 1, 2023.
To increase the coherency of the company’s commercial strategies and promote more effective collaboration between global product & operations and marketing & sales teams, as of July 10, Kevin Buckner has joined the company in the newly created role as Chief Commercial Office, reporting to the global CEO.
Carmen Fiordirosa, Vice President of Marketing North America, will be promoted to the role of President of Globe Union North America to oversee the North American sales, marketing, customer care, and human resources teams, and will report to Mr. Buckner, effective September 1, 2023.
Nathalie Vandecraen, President of Globe Union Europe, maintaining the same role and responsibilities, will also report to Mr. Buckner, effective September 1, 2023.
Keith Yurko, CEO North America, in conjunction with his retirement planning in the coming years, will transition to the new role of Executive Adviser, effective January 1, 2024, to assist the company through the aforementioned changes.
