Founded in 1979 by Scott Ouyoung, Globe Union is a global professional design and manufacture of sanitary products based in Taichung Taiwan.
We have more than 5 million square feet of manufacturing, assembly facilities, and distribution centers. We currently own several international brands, and are an OEM for many world-renowned distributors.

Shane Ouyang has been the Chairman of Globe Union since August 2019; and starting from January 1, 2024, also the Chief Executive.
With his ability to manage across Asian and western cultures, and commitment to carry on the legacy of the late founder and his father, Scott Ouyang, Shane is leading Globe Union with the vision to make the company the First Choice for our people, customers, and communities.
Jack Hung Joined Globe Union on Jun 1, 2023, as Chief Operating Officers and President of Asia Pacific Region. Effective from July 15th, 2024, promoted to Plumbing Group President. In his new position, Jack will focus on driving cohesion and effectiveness across operations, commercial and administration functions across plumbing group via good managing process and discipline.
Prior to GU, Jack had worked in multi-national companies over 33+ years with experience in various areas including commercial, operations & supply chain management, transformation and project management.
Eric Chen is the Chief Financial Officer of Globe Union.
He has worked for the company for over 15 years, and is the Group Treasury Head and spokesman of Globe Union.
Richard George took over the role of Chief Executive Officer of PJH from Andrew Yates, former CEO of Globe Union. Richard has worked for PJH since 2011, applying his industry experience and client management skills to enrich the portfolio of our corporate management.
Previously, he worked for Freemans Grattan Holdings during which he developed a close working relationship with the owners, Otto Group.
Carmen Fiordirosa became the President of Globe Union North American Group in 2023 after previously holding the role of Vice President of Marketing. Since her start in 2021, Carmen has advocated tirelessly for a unified brand vision to elevate the presence of Globe Union’s subsidiary, Gerber.
Prior to Globe Union, Carmen gained over 18 years of experience in building category-leading consumer brands in the automotive aftermarket. Equipped with extensive expertise in marketing and leadership, she honed her skills in international business, e-commerce, omni-channel sales, and cross-cultural marketing.
CK Lim has been with Globe Union for over 14 years, and recently been promoted as Head of Global Operations for Plumbing Group, overseeing our operations globally, including all manufacturing sites (VC & brass), logistics, supply chain, and NPD. His main focus is to ensuring effectiveness and competitiveness in our product engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution globally.
A highly skilled professional, he has extensive experience with supply chain, engineering, product development, manufacturing operations, logistics, and quality control. With his diverse background, CK’s industry experience includes time at Apple, ACCO Brands, and MacLean-Fogg Automotive.
2007 join GU, had the luxury to rotate in different positions including sales, strategic planning, operations and HR while interacting closely with group wide business units.
As Head of Global Administrations of Plumbing Group, overseeing global shared functions including IT, HR, strategy planning and GSMS (Global Sales and Marketing Services) team in GUIC. Her main focus is to ensuring we maintain an effective management process, including coordination between commercial and operational functions, adequate technology systems, as well as a solid talent pipeline to support business growth for our future.
Chip joined Globe Union in 2021 as Vice President of Finance, where he became responsible for the finance, accounting, IT, and risk groups for North America.
An accomplished financial executive, Chip has over 30 years of experience in finance, auditing, manufacturing, and systems. His previous companies include Fluidmaster, Teleflex Medical, 24 Hour Fitness, and Fortune Brands.
Nathalie has been building the European business as from 2006 and took over the role of President of Globe Union Europe as from 2016. Through Nathalie´s strong experience and competences in strategic marketing, product management and branding she has turned the business into a professional sanitary supplier to our DIY clients.
Previously she has worked in market leading company in the Heating industry for more than 6 years heading their European Marketing and Sales departments.
