The 2019 shareholders’ meeting was held on May 31st and was chaired by Mr. Scott Ouyoung, The Chairman of The Board.
In the meeting, the Chief Executive Officer, Andrew Yates, first presented the 2018 business profile report (please refer to the report for details), he also noted that the company foundation is solid after persevering through a challenging year.
In addition to the 2018 annual financial statements, the meeting also covered the 2018 annual surplus distribution, with a cash dividend of NT$1.3 per share approved.
